Geri Halliwell, Wayne Rooney, Theo Walcott, Sir Sir Geoff Hurst, Frank Skinner, Vanessa Feltz and Kimberly Wyatt are among celebrities teaming up with Breast Cancer Care and The FA to help launch and star in its 'Pass It On' campaign, which aims to make the nation aware of the signs and symptoms of breast cancer.
Halliwell commented 'I am proud to be part of the 'Pass It On' video, I hope people share it with their loved ones so that we all get into the habit of checking our breasts for any unusual changes'.
